Since 2007, Cameron has been working with multiple ARIA Award winning singer and composer, Katie Noonan.
Cameron was a founding member of Katie Noonan & The Captains. He co-wrote and co-produced the 2010 album ‘Emperor’s Box’ (Sony), including the lead single ‘Page One’ which was co-written with Don Walker from Cold Chisel. This band toured extensively, including supporting Cyndi Lauper at Kings Park in Perth.
Cameron also co-wrote and played guitar on ‘Transmutant’ (Universal) released in 2015.
In 2018 Cameron toured ‘Gratitude & Grief’, a project by Elixir featuring Katie Noonan with artist & cartoonist Michael Leunig. Performances included Brisbane Festival at QPAC; in Perth with WASO; and Melbourne Recital Centre.
